Phd Cum Laude em Ciências Empresariais (Marketing) pela Universidad Rey Juan Carlos em Madrid, possui um mestrado (M.Sc.) em Comunicação Educacional Multimédia e licenciaturas em Sociologia (ISCTE/IUL) e Business Management (HTC da City&Guilds da London University). Investigador na UNIDCOM/IADE (Universidade Europeia), é membro da Comissão Científica dos Estudos Pós-graduados; Professor Auxiliar e Coordenador de Mestrados naUE(FCST e_IADE); Professor convidado e investigador na FHV-Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (Dornbirn, Austria) onde leciona, respetivamente: Knowledge Management, Psicossociologia do Consumo, Marketing Research, Gestão da Cadeia de Valor, Fashion Business, Comunicação Integrada de Marketing, Living Lab e Metodologia de Investigação. Fundador e senior partner do Klab - Innovation and Metrics Lab e director de research do Marklab – Laboratório de Psicossociologia em Ciências do Consumo, foi gestor na Unilever e no Reader´s Digest; e consultor de research do Governo português no ICEPortugal (Branding Portugal). Integra o Advisory and Dissemination Board do European Energy Efficiency Program S3C. Autor de várias publicações científicas, entre as quais o livro "Monitor Always On: Modelação Síncrona da Qualidade de Serviço" (2014, Lisboa, ISBN: 978-989-95639-3-3), Desenvolveu e validou o JIT Brand Knowledge Model: Just-in-Time Sync Metrics for Brand Development and Innovation para controle do desempenho, melhoria contínua e inovação organizacional. Em 2019, iniciou o desenvolvimento da investigação MATSKI (Matrioskas Sequence for Knowledge and Innovation) e validou um dispositivo sincrónico para melhoria diacrônica do desempenho e gestão da inovação just-in-time nas organizações. Obteve o 1º prémio do Concurso Nacional de Inovação (BES / Siemens) em 2006, o 1º prémio do Concurso de Inovação (DNA, C.M.Cascais) em 2008, e foi Iberian Country Winner da Lógica Consultants em 2011. Em 2018 a tese de mestrado sob sua orientação, de Patricia Oliveira “Tourism & Hospitality Living Lab, A device to control tourism satisfaction and quality of life in the city” foi vencedora do concurso mundial da melhor tese de mestrado organizado pela EDCOM/EACA _Thesis Competition 2017-2018. Em 2019, a tese de mestrado de sua orientação, de Ana Zikic “Just-in-Time Measures for Fashion Brand Management” foi vencedora da Thesis Competition EDCOM/EACA _2018_19. Eng version PhD Cum Laude in Business Sciences (Marketing) from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, holds a Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Educational Multimedia Communication and degrees in Sociology (ISCTE / IUL) and Business Management (HTC from London University). A researcher at UNIDCOM / IADE (European University), is a member of the Scientific Committee for Postgraduate Studies, an Assistant Professor and a Master Coordinator at UE_IADE. An invited Professor and Researcher at FHV-Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (Dornbirn, Austria), and at FDTC_IADE-Universidade Europeia (Lisbon), where he leactures: Knowledge Management, Consumer Psychosociology, Marketing Research, Value Chain Management, Fashion Business, Integrated Marketing Communications, Living Lab and Research Methodology Founder and senior partner of Klab-Innovation and Metrics Lab and research director at Marklab-Laboratory of Psychosociology in Consumer Sciences, he was a manager at Unilever and Reader's Digest; and a research consultant of the Portuguese Government ICEPortugal (Branding Portugal). He integrates the Advisory and Dissemination Board of the European Energy Efficiency Program S3C. Author of several scientific publications, among which the book "Monitor Always On: Synchronous Modeling of Quality of Service" (2014, Lisbon, ISBN: 978-989-95639-3-3), is currently researching knowledge management systems for organizational development and innovation. He developed the JIT Brand Knowledge Model: Just-in-Time Sync Metrics for Brand Development and Innovation for performance control, continuous improvement and innovation (IADE_UNIDCOM_Data Mining Lab). In 2019, research began on MATSKI (Matrioskas Sequence for Knowledge and Innovation) validating a synchronous device for diachronic performance improvement and just-in-time innovation management in the organizations. Was awarded a 1st prize of the National Innovation Contest (BES/Siemens) in 2006, a 1st prize of the Innovation Competition (DNA, CMCascais) in 2008, and Iberian Country Winner of Logica Consultants in 2011. In 2018 the master thesis by Patricia Oliveira, under his supervision, "Tourism & Hospitality Living Lab " was the winner of the EDCOM Thesis Competition. In 2019, the master's thesis of Ana Zikic, under his supervision, "Just-in-Time Measures for Fashion Brand Management" was the winner of the Thesis Competition EDCOM / EACA _2018_19.
